CAUSES OF BACK PAIN: A HEALTHY BACK DOESN'T HURT

Back pain is something that can affect your entire day and disposition. Either by debilitation (taking you out of commission) -- a nagging pinch -- or a low-level "just not right" feeling.  Waking in the morning and entering those first few moments of touching your feet to the floor can either make you or break you. And as the good doctor says "A healthy back doesn't hurt."
 
PAIN (which is your body's alarm-system to let you know something is wrong) can be caused by many factors:
Over-use
Incorrect movement
Traumatic injury
Chronic bad-posture
Weak muscles
Disease
Degeration --
 
with contributing influences such as
Stress
Emotions
Toxins
Chemistry (food or environment)
 
 

Causes of back pain are variable and can include:
  • muscle sprain or spasm
  • ligament injury
  • arthritis of spinal joints
  • vertebral disc herniation
  • joint impingement or locking
  • fibromyalgia (numerous intensely painful "tight" areas about the neck, shoulders or low back)
  • accidents and falls, etc.
